2018 American Association of Community College’s Hall of Fame

Dr. Preston Pulliams has been inducted into the American Association of Community College’s Hall of Fame.

The American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) is the primary advocacy organization for the nation’s community colleges. The association represents over 1,000 2-year associate degree-granting institutions and nearly 12 million students. Their mission is:
Building a Nation of Learners by Advancing America’s Community Colleges.

2018 Outstanding Leadership Award

Preston Pulliams Named 2014 MCC Distinguished Alumnus

Muskegon native Preston Pulliams, the former president of Oregon’s largest community college and vice-chancellor overseeing the State University of New York’s 30 community colleges, has been named the 2014 Muskegon Community College Distinguished Alumni Award recipient.
